Withdrawal Conditions

General Bonus Rules

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

• If a game stops midway due to a technical error, that bet will be cancelled and the funds returned.

Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If you close your account without meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.
